A: Take them out of the box and let them ripen on the counter in a single layer. Once they’re soft to the touch and at peak sweetness, move them to the refrigerator to keep them fresh a few days longer.

A: Peach varieties typically last around 14 days. Check our our "Peaches" page to see when the different varieties are available. Please note that harvest dates are dependent upon weather and other environmental factors.

A: Yes, we do! While peaches are our family’s signature fruit, we grow a wide variety of seasonal produce. In the spring, you’ll find fresh strawberries. Summer brings blackberries, sweet corn, and okra. In the fall, we harvest grapes and peas, and in the winter, we offer hearty vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and collard greens. There’s always something fresh and delicious to enjoy from our farm year-round!
