Ingredients:

• 1 Frozen pie crust

• 2-3 cups Mac's Pride Strawberries (halved or quartered)

• 1 1/3 cups water

• 1 Tbsp cornstarch

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 1- 6 ounce box of Strawberry Jell-O

Directions:

1. Bake pie crust according to the package instructions and allow to cool.

2. Place halved strawberries in the baked pie crust.

​

3. Combine water, cornstarch, and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil whisking continuously. Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry Jell-O. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.

4. Pour the glaze on top of the strawberries in the pie crust. Spoon the glaze as needed to ensure that all the strawberries are at least lightly coated. Chill in the refrigerator overnight, or until set.
