Because we are known for our wonderful produce, a lot of people don't realize that we also have a row crop operation.  We currently farm over 3000 acres of row crops including rye, field corn, peanuts, cotton, soybeans, and brown-top millet.  James Byrd (son-in-law to 3rd Generation Campbell McLeod) is the row crop manager for McLeod Farms.  Over the last few years, he has helped our farm diversify our row crop mix as well as incorporate precision agricultural techniques.
