Peach Ice Cream-

McLeod Family Favorite


  • Electric Ice Cream Churn

  • 5 eggs, beaten

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar

  • 4 cups of blended Mac's Pride Peaches

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • Gallon of whole milk

  • Rock salt

  • Ice


1. Mix beaten eggs, sugar, peaches, condensed milk, vanilla, and evaporated milk together together.

2. Pour mixture into ice cream churn container. Use the gallon milk to fill to the "Max Fill" container line. Put the top on the container.

3. Place the ice cream churn container into the bottom of the churn. Alternate layers of ice and rock salt between the inside of the churn and the container.

4. Put the top of the churn, and plug in to begin churning. Keep an eye on the ice level and make replenish as needed. Ice cream is done with the churn automatically turns off.
