1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 cups grated raw sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1. Beat eggs thoroughly.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour and sugar together and add to the beaten eggs. Add in the milk and beat mix until smooth.
3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and grated raw sweet potatoes. Mix well.
4. Pour into an oblong baking dish (9x13). Dot top with butter.
5. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. This recipe can be mixed a day ahead, covered, stored in the refrigerator, and baked the next day.
