Peachy Pizza



  • 1 package sugar cookie dough

  • 1/4 cup ground Mac's Pride Pecans

   Center Filling:

  • 1/2 package peach Jell-O

  • 1- 8oz package cream cheese, room temperature.

  • 2 Mac's Pride Peaches, pureed

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  • 5 Mac's Pride Peaches, sliced

  • remaining 1/2 package peach Jell-O

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Begin making crust by rolling out the sugar cookie dough into the shape of a circle on a flour surface. Transfer dough to a pizza pan. Press in ground pecans into the cooking dough and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.

2. While dough is cooling, combine cream cheese, 1/2 package of peach Jell-O (reserve the other half for topping), pureed peaches, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour this mixture on top of the cooled dough and refrigerate.

3. In a sauce pan, combine the remaining 1/2 package of Jell-O, cornstarch, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir constantly with a whisk. When the mixture is slightly thick, remove from heat. While the topping is cooling, slice the peaches. Arrange the peach slices on top of the pizza and then covered with cooled peach topping.
